Its bedtime, but I guess the kids decided to sleep in the playroom!

Dance Class of the Year

Today was rehearsal for Tapangas dance recital and her class was rewarded with dance class of the year! I am not sure how when we had a couple people who hardly ever showed up, but so very exciting! Which, I love her pose in this picture.

Moving Day

I have to move from my classroom to a new one for next school year, actually I am moving to the room next door to the one I was at the year before.

Tanner has his arms full!

Tanner was doing his recycling and decided to "load up" and carry as many as possible...of course he needed someone to open the door!

Is that a stick?

Coming down the driveway after work I saw this and thought, "Where did that stick come from?" Then, the thought was, "I don't think that's a stick!" So I got out to get a closer look and it moved away!

Pool Time

It got warm enough today, I thougt the kids would enjoy "swimming" in their little pool!

We went to dinner at Red Lobster, Thomas played with his food and made this interesting character!

Our new favorite game

We have been playing this game, quite regularly and are really enjoying it. I would have never thought I would enjoy playing scrabble.

Visiting Santa in May

The kids each had to take their picture with Santa while in Pigeon Forge at the Apple Barn...Thomas posed them each like Santa!

Stamped On

A student took my name stamp and was playing around before the NJHS ceremony and look what happened! A student got stamped...on his nice white shirt!

Mothers Day Brunch

In celebration of Mothers Day, Tyler's class had a mothers day brunch and invited all the moms to come. Tanners class did not participate, but I was able to bring him down and celebrate with us. I am very thankful that I am able to take time off from work and participate in these activities, I felt bad for the kids who didn't have moms come and tried to include them in our conversations! It was a sweet time with my boys!

Making Pictures

Tapanga wanted to make a story, so she took all the papers and laid them out to draw out her story.

Art and Author Night

Tonight was art and author night at the boys school. All up and down the hallways were pictures that the students have created in art class. Each of the boys had one piece of artwork on display. Above you will see Tylers rainbow.

Tanners Ant Picture

Tanner drew this picture one night as we were playing cards and it has quite the story. According to Tanner the picture shows a sunny day with rain on its way. The house has a flag that will fly away in the wind. Their is a little girl and her big sister. The birds in the sky are interesting because Tanner says the smaller ones are the ones that are further away not just smaller. And the ants are in the ant hill under ground. Tanner can be very detailed in his pictures as you can see with this one!

New Cell Phones

Thomas has been begging for a new phone, so I decided to go and look at them with him and we both ended up with new phones! I love my new phone!!!

Strawberries

My mother in law went to the local strawberry farm and brought us back a bunch...yummy!
